Litigation Associate – Long Island office

Nathan & Kamionski LLP seeks an experienced litigator to join its Long Island office.

Nathan & Kamionski LLP represents municipalities and police officers in high exposure litigation alleging claims of wrongful conviction, malicious prosecution, wrongful death, false arrest, excessive force and additional constitutional claims brought under Section 1983.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of litigation experience, with at least 3 years of federal litigation experience.

Preference will be shown to candidates with writing that is clear, organized, and persuasive. Experience in a federal judicial clerkship or state appellate level court is a plus.
