WARREN FASONE

Warren Fasone is an Associate at Nathan & Kamionski LLP. Mr. Fasone is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on civil rights litigation. Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski LLP, Mr. Fasone was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County where he handled civil and criminal litigation including criminal appeals, child support and enforcement, traffic matters, and the prosecution of misdemeanor and felony cases. Mr. Fasone has tried hundreds of criminal matters to both bench and jury verdicts.

Mr. Fasone graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2015, where he earned his Bachelor of Public Affairs in policy analysis and public finance. He received his Juris Doctor in 2018 from Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Chicago-Kent, he was a member of the school’s nationally ranked trial advocacy team, and secretary of the Student Bar Association. Mr. Fasone is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
