KRISTINE BAGINSKI

Kristine Baginski is an Associate Attorney at Nathan & Kamionski’s Detroit Office. Her practice focuses on civil rights litigation where she defends her clients against claims of police misconduct. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2019 from Notre Dame Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy in 2016 from Albion College.

Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski, Mrs. Baginski worked as a legal fellow for the Grand Rapids City Attorney’s Office. Mrs. Baginski also completed a legal fellowship for Michigan State University’s Office of Institutional Equity handling Title IX complaints. Mrs. Baginski then served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable George J. Quist of the 17th Circuit Court in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

During her time at Notre Dame Law School, Mrs. Baginski was the internship liaison for the Sports, Communication and Entertainment Law Forum and the student alumni ambassador for Detroit. Mrs. Baginski also interned for the University of North Carolina Athletic Department and USA Football and completed an externship for Notre Dame’s Athletic Department.
