Kathryn is an experienced litigator who has represented municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, Class I Railroads and small business clients in tort and commercial litigation. She is a successful trial attorney who has defended numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal venues in Illinois, in matters varying from civil rights, FELA, personal injury and environmental contamination. Kathryn also has handled cases involving sexual assault allegations, business contract disputes and employment matters.

Kathryn joins Nathan Kamionski from a local trial boutique firm where she practiced for the past eight years and was elevated to partner.
