Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski LLP, Ms. Galbraith served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office. Ms. Galbraith prosecuted misdemeanor cases in the Baltimore County District Court. Ms. Galbraith’s career has been dedicated to working with police on criminal investigations.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Galbraith spent twelve years working as an Intelligence Analyst in law enforcement where she worked on numerous cases at the local, state, and federal level. In her role, she supported law enforcement in their investigations of homicides, drug trafficking organizations, money laundering, and wiretap investigations. During this time, she worked at the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA as well as with two local law enforcement agencies and with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office as a Data Analyst in their Crime Strategies Unit. During her time with the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA, she proved herself invaluable as an analyst and in addition to working on criminal cases, she managed four law enforcement programs, two of which were used by law enforcement nationwide.
Ms. Galbraith graduated from Mercyhurst College in 2011 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intelligence Analysis and a minor in Asian Studies. She received a Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Analysis in 2016 from the University of Maryland-College Park. In 2020, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While attending law school, she served on both the Women’s Bar Association and the Student Bar Association. She also worked as a Student Attorney with the Human Trafficking Prevention Project and interned with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office in the Organized Crime Unit. Ms. Galbraith is also barred in New Mexico.
