Christopher Raiti is a partner at Nathan & Kamionski LLP’s Detroit office.  Mr. Raiti is a seasoned litigator with a reputation for zealously and effectively representing his clients earned from hundreds of successful federal and state court cases.  Mr. Raiti’s vision and knowledge of the law enables him to effectively simplify his clients’ positions for judges and juries.

 

Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski LLP, Mr. Raiti was a partner with McGraw Morris PC where he chaired the Police Professional Liability Defense practice group specializing in federal and state law claims brought against governmental entities and their employees.  As a recognized expert in the field of police liability defense, Mr. Raiti is a regular speaker to the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police and the Michigan Sheriffs Association, as well as a faculty member for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE).

 

Mr. Raiti is proud of his military service, having served honorably in the U.S Navy aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort.
