ASHLEY BRODY

Ashley Brody is an Associate at Nathan & Kamionski LLP. Her practice focuses on civil rights litigation. Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski LLP, Ms. Brody served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for more than nine years in Chicago, Illinois. While at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, she prosecuted numerous violent crimes including criminal sexual assault, robberies and homicides. Ms. Brody has significant trial experience, having litigated hundreds of bench trials, motions and several jury trials.

Ms. Brody earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin. She graduated magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Ms. Brody was a member of the school’s Moot Court Honor Society, served as the President of the Environmental Law Society, and was named on the Dean’s list for her tenure at the law school. She also earned CALI awards for the Highest Grade in Professional Responsibility, the Environmental Law Clinic and Evidence.
