ANDREA FRAILEY

Andrea Frailey is an Associate in Nathan & Kamionski’s Detroit office.  Prior to joining Nathan & Kamionski, Ms. Frailey had extensive experience in employment law – both on the management and employee side.

Ms. Frailey has litigated all kinds of employment cases, including employment discrimination, wage and hour class actions, restrictive covenants, and whistleblower actions.  Her varied experience brings a unique perspective to litigation and allows her to provide comprehensive advice to clients regarding employment matters.

Ms. Frailey is also proud of the work she has done to fight intimate partner and domestic violence. While in law school, Ms. Frailey co-founded the Michigan Law Gender Violence Project and continues to volunteer and assist victims and survivors of domestic violence.
