ANDREW P. DUFF

Andrew brings a wealth of trial experience and a strong background in criminal law. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years at the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, where he managed thousands of cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. During this time, Andrew represented the state in numerous misdemeanor and felony jury trials, prosecuting a range of crimes from OWIs to homicide. During this time, Andrew also served as an instructor for the Oakland Police Academy training cadets on best practices for testifying in court.

A graduate of Marquette University Law School (2017), Andrew received certification in litigation and was a key participant in the Criminal Procedure moot court competition. He also earned the CALI Award for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Throughout law school, Andrew gained valuable experience through internships at the Racine City Attorney’s Office, the Kenosha City Attorney’s Office, and the Sheboygan County Prosecutor’s Office. He further refined his legal skills as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sean F. Cox of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
