THEO NOPARSTAK

Theo Noparstak is an Associate Attorney at Nathan & Kamionski LLP. Prior to joining N&K, Theo externed with a 711 license at the Cook County State Attorney’s Office where he was assigned to felony trial courtrooms at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse. There, he prosecuted felony criminal trials, argued written and oral motions on evidentiary issues, and directly oversaw case management and discovery matters.
During law school, Theo clerked at Cheronis, Parente & Levitt LLC, a criminal defense firm with a focus on federal criminal cases, where he provided legal research, helped manage and organize discovery, and assisted with trial preparation on criminal matters including cases involving espionage, fraud, drug trafficking, and first-degree murder. Additionally, during law school, Theo was a research assistant at Sparacino PLLC, a commercial litigation firm specializing in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Anti-Terrorism Act.
